1. About InnerMe

InnerMe provides functional blood testing services to individuals in the United Kingdom. By accessing our website or purchasing a test, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years and over, or to parents and guardians ordering on behalf of children where children's panels are specified. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Medical Disclaimer

InnerMe provides blood testing and informational reporting services. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The results and interpretations provided by InnerMe are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. We strongly recommend that you consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions based on your results.

4. Ordering & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, your test kit will be dispatched. InnerMe reserves the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be verified.

5. Sample Collection & Returns

You are responsible for following the sample collection instructions provided with your kit. Samples must be returned in the prepaid packaging provided, posted on the day of collection. InnerMe cannot be held liable for delayed or degraded samples due to incorrect collection, storage or postage.

6. Results & Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates from the date the laboratory receives your sample and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control including postal transit, sample quality or laboratory capacity. Results will be made available in your secure dashboard.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the test kit has not yet been dispatched. Once a kit is dispatched or a sample has been submitted to the laboratory, refunds cannot be issued. If a result cannot be produced due to a laboratory error, a replacement test will be offered at no cost.

8. Data & Privacy

Your personal and health data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. We do not sell, share or disclose your data to third parties except where required by law or to fulfil your test order. Your results are only accessible via your secure account.

9. Limitation of Liability

InnerMe's liability is limited to the value of the test purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on test results. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Changes to These Terms

InnerMe reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
